On September 24, 2025, we purchased Bebelac Gold 3 through TrendyolGo from Bursa Akuğur Market. When we opened the product today, September 27, 2025, at 10:30 AM, we discovered a hair inside the baby formula. Our receipt number is 00732.
We did not encounter any other issues with the order, but this situation was extremely disturbing. Considering that this product is intended for babies, we expected much stricter quality and hygiene standards. Up to now, we have not contacted Bebelac customer service or Trendyol regarding this issue.
I am requesting an explanation from the brand about this matter, as well as a refund for the product.
