My Netflix Account Keeps Logging Everyone Out When Someone Else Signs In

March 16, 2025 3:47 PM57

I share my Netflix account with a few friends, and everything worked fine for the first month. Then suddenly, all of our profiles were logged out. When we tried to sign in, it said, “You are not part of this Netflix household.” We followed the instructions and updated the household from the TV as required—but still, one of the profiles wouldn’t open.

We didn’t think much of it and used a temporary access code. But today, someone else logged in from another TV, and it kicked everyone off the account again. Then, when we signed in from the original TV, the profiles were magically restored.

What’s even more frustrating is that the email on the account is mine, and even I get logged out. This is becoming a never-ending loop, and we’re tired of constantly fixing it.
