Spotify Family Plan Address Verification Failed Despite Timely Response

We are on a Spotify Family Plan, with my spouse as the account manager. I rarely use the email associated with my account, so I only saw the address verification request on the last day, August 8, 2024—today. Despite responding promptly, I received an error message saying:

Action Required: Confirm Your Address.
Spotify Premium Family is designed for up to 6 family members living at the same address. To continue enjoying Premium Family, please confirm your address by 2024-08-08.

Even though my spouse sent a new invitation and I attempted to verify again, I received another message stating:

You Can't Join This Plan
We couldn't confirm that you live with the plan manager. You can join another plan in 12 months or find a Premium plan that's right for you.

This is completely unfair! I met the deadline, and we do live at the same address. Please correct this error immediately, Spotify. This is a frustrating and unnecessary hurdle—resolve this issue right away!
