I Face BDG Win Deposit Not Credited After ₹899 Payment

I am from India and use the BDG Win website on my mobile phone. On April 8, 2026, I made a deposit of ₹899, but this amount has still not been credited to my BDG Win wallet.

For the past two days, I have been contacting BDG Win customer support regarding this issue. Each time, they only tell me that they are checking the problem and that my request is pending. However, there has been no real update or resolution, and my money is still stuck.

I am requesting that my ₹899 deposit be credited to my BDG Win wallet without any further delay. I also want a clear update regarding the status of this transaction and a proper resolution as soon as possible.
