On April 5, 2026, at approximately 5:16 PM, I made a deposit of ₹400 to my BDG Win account via bank transfer using UPI.
The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my BDG Win wallet.
The transaction was completed with transaction ID: T2604051716452610602195. However, my BDG Win wallet balance has not increased by ₹400, and the deposit is not reflected on the platform.
I have already attempted to contact BDG Win customer support regarding this missing deposit, but I have not received any response so far.
This lack of response is causing inconvenience, as my money is stuck and I am unable to use it on the platform.
I kindly request that ₹400 be credited immediately to my BDG Win wallet for the above-mentioned transaction ID, or that a clear and prompt resolution be provided.
