I am writing regarding a withdrawal issue I am experiencing on the BDG Win gaming site, specifically in the Win Go section. On March 27, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹1,200 via bank transfer to my Bank of India account, but the funds have still not been credited.
After noticing that the withdrawal had not been processed, I contacted BDG Win customer support. Instead of resolving my existing withdrawal, they informed me that the withdrawal would only be completed if I deposited an additional ₹6,700, which I find unreasonable and concerning, as my own funds are already in the account and should be withdrawable without any extra payment.
I request that my ₹1,200 withdrawal be processed and transferred to my Bank of India account immediately, without any additional conditions or deposit requirements. I also ask that this issue be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
