I Deposited on BDG Game But Funds Missing
I made a deposit on BDG Game (UTR: 399971420387) on April 1 at 6:50 PM, but it has not been credited or refunded after more than 24 hours. I am still waiting for resolution. Please check this transaction and process it as soon as possible.
Progress
On 1 April, I made a payment of 100 rupees via Paytm to add balance to my BDG game account. The amount was deducted from my Paytm account, but it has still not been credited to my BDG game balance.
This is the first time I am facing such an issue with a deposit to BDG. I contacted support about this problem, but nothing has been resolved and the money is still missing from my game account.
I request that my missing 100 rupees either be immediately credited to my BDG game account or refunded back to my original payment method, and that you inform me clearly about the status of this transaction.
