BDG Win Won’t Let Me Withdraw ₹4–5 Lakh Balance

I am writing regarding a serious withdrawal issue I am experiencing with my BDG Win account. My game UID is 2268009. I am using BDG Win from India, and I currently have approximately ₹4–5 lakh in my account. However, I have not been able to complete a single successful withdrawal.

Every time I attempt to withdraw my balance, the system rejects the request and displays a message stating that after depositing ₹6,700, the withdrawal will be successful. Even after depositing ₹6,700, the same message continues to appear repeatedly, and my withdrawal is still not processed. As a result, my entire balance remains locked, and I am unable to access my own funds.

I request that BDG Win urgently review my account and remove this ₹6,700 deposit requirement attached to my withdrawals. I want my withdrawals to be processed normally and my full balance of approximately ₹4–5 lakh to be released to me without any further unnecessary deposit conditions. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that I can safely receive my money.
