Deposit Not Received

I deposited 2000 Rs to BDG Game on 15/06/2026 via UPI in order to add money to my game account balance, but the amount has not been credited to my account at all since that date. The deposit has never appeared in my BDG Game balance and I am still unable to use this money in the game. After noticing that the amount was missing, I contacted BDG Game support, but I did not receive any clear or effective response and the problem remains unresolved. I find it unacceptable that my 2000 Rs payment has neither been credited to my game account nor properly explained. I request that my 2000 Rs deposit be immediately credited to my BDG Game account balance without any further delay, or that a clear and prompt solution be provided for this issue.
