BDG Win Failed to Credit My ₹500 PhonePe Deposit
I made a deposit of ₹500 from my PhonePe account to the BDG Win platform, but the amount has not yet been credited to my account. I used the account/login ID “rajesh.m***@ptaxis” for this transaction. I also have transaction reference numbers, including “14046555,” “RC2026011922491254946495a,” and “T2601192249255547569283,” which confirm that the payment was successfully completed on my end.
Even though the payment went through successfully on PhonePe, the ₹500 is still not showing in my BDG Win balance, and I am unable to use it. This situation is causing financial inconvenience because my money is stuck—I have neither received the deposit in my gaming account nor gotten a refund back to my PhonePe account.
I request that this issue be urgently reviewed and that the ₹500 either be credited to my BDG Win account linked to “rajesh.m***@ptaxis” or refunded back to my PhonePe account, so that my funds are not blocked without any justification. I also request a clear written update once this issue has been resolved.
