Big Daddy Game Deposit Not Credited

I deposited an amount of 3,650 Indian rupees into my Big Daddy Game account on 24 March 2026 using the PhonePe UPI payment app, but the money has neither been credited to my game account nor refunded back to my PhonePe account. The payment was successfully completed on my side, and the transaction ID given by PhonePe is 201430286565. My Big Daddy Game ID is 21236***. Despite the payment being successful, there is still no balance reflecting in my Big Daddy Game account, and I have not received any clear support number or proper assistance from Big Daddy Game to resolve this issue. I request that the amount of 3,650 rupees be immediately credited to my Big Daddy Game account or that the necessary action be taken without further delay so that I can use the balance I have already paid for.
