Big Daddy Game PhonePe Deposits Charged But Not Credited

I made two deposit attempts to the Big Daddy Game gaming site on January 31, 2026 using PhonePe, which is linked to my Union Bank of India account. In both cases, the money was deducted from my PhonePe account, but the amount did not post to my Big Daddy Game balance. My Big Daddy Game user ID (UID) is 7441012.

The first failed deposit was about $3 and the second was about $6, for a total of about $9 deducted. I have already provided the transaction details and reference information to them, but I have not received any support or resolution so far.

I request that the total deducted amount of about $9 be returned to my bank account or correctly credited to my Big Daddy Game wallet as soon as possible, and that I be clearly informed about the status of these transactions.
