Bdg Win Ignored My Missing ₹5,000 PhonePe Deposit — Demanding a Refund
I'm writing about a deposit I made to my Bdg Win account that still hasn't been credited. On April 11th, I deposited ₹5,000 through PhonePe. The transaction reference number is T2604111402435178959271. Even though the payment went through successfully on my end, the amount has never shown up in my Bdg Win balance. I reached out to customer support and was simply told to "wait." It has now been 8 days, and the deposit still isn't showing in my account — and nobody has given me a clear explanation or a real solution.
I'm requesting that my ₹5,000 deposit be tracked down and credited to my Bdg Win account right away, or, if that's not possible, that the full amount be refunded to my original payment method without any further delay. I also expect a clear, written explanation of what caused this hold-up in the first place.
