Dear Team BDG, I recharged 14k with order number RC2025082318104616906699c, payee UPI tttayglobalpvtltd.90705616@sbi, and UTR number 689571835219 dated 23rd August 2025, but it has still not been updated to my BDG WIN account. I have already uploaded all the proofs to the customer support portal, yet I am worried about where my payment has gone, so I kindly request you to do the needful and update my payment.
