BDG Win Shows My ₹18000 Withdrawal Successful but Money Not Credited

I made a withdrawal of ₹18,000 on BDG Win (Order No: WD2025090212153233979324a, Date: 02-09-2025, Time: 12:15:32). In the app it shows successful, but the money has not reached my bank account. I have contacted support multiple times, but they are not providing me the UTR/Reference number and sender details. This is causing huge inconvenience. I request BDG Win to resolve this immediately, otherwise I will proceed with a Cyber Crime FIR and legal complaint.
