I am writing to raise an issue regarding two deposits I made to my Bdg win account that have still not been credited. On 5/12/2025, I made two separate deposits of 500 rupees each via Fampay, at approximately 6:34 pm and 9:11 pm, for a total of 1,000 rupees. Both transactions were completed on my side, and I have screenshots as proof, but the amount has not been reflected in my Bdg win balance. After noticing that the money had not arrived, I tried to contact your helpline, but the number was unreachable and I could not get any support or clarification about the missing deposits. I kindly request that the total amount of 1,000 rupees from these two deposits be credited to my Bdg win account as soon as possible. I am also ready to share the transaction screenshots if needed to help you verify and resolve the issue.
