BDG Game Withdrawal Marked Successful But Not Received

I am writing about a serious issue I faced on BDG Game related to a withdrawal that has not been credited to my account. On 28/04/2026, I requested a withdrawal of 8,950 Rs to my bank account from my BDG Game balance. The transaction status inside BDG Game later showed as successful, and I also received a success message, but the money has still not reached my bank account. I am using BDG Game from Delhi, India, and I have been waiting for the amount to be credited, but there has been no update or correction from the platform side. This situation has caused me financial inconvenience because I trusted that the withdrawal marked as successful would actually reach my account. I request BDG Game to urgently check this withdrawal of 8,950 Rs dated 28/04/2026, either credit the amount to my bank account immediately or clearly explain why the money has not been transferred despite the success message. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and the missing amount to be paid without any further delay.
