BDG Game Fails to Transfer $48 After Successful Withdrawal Status

I am writing regarding a serious withdrawal issue I experienced with the BDG Game mobile app, specifically in the Win Go section. On February 2, 2026, I submitted two separate withdrawal requests of $24 each, for a total of $48. These amounts were supposed to be transferred from my Win Go balance to my State Bank of India account. Although both withdrawal requests were marked as completed within the app, the money has not been credited to my bank account. There is no corresponding deposit in my State Bank of India account for either of the $24 withdrawals, even though enough time has passed for a standard transaction to be processed. I contacted BDG Game customer support regarding these missing withdrawals, but despite my attempts, the issue remains unresolved, and the total $48 has not been returned to me in any form. I request that the full $48 be urgently refunded, either by successfully transferring it to my State Bank of India account or, at the very least, by crediting it back to my BDG Game / Win Go balance. I also request that the transaction history be thoroughly reviewed and that I be clearly informed of the reason for this issue and how it will be prevented in the future.
