I made a UPI deposit of 5,000 to BDG Game on March 3, 2026, but the funds were debited from my account and have not yet been credited to my game balance. The transaction shows as successful on my end, yet my in-game balance has not been updated.
I tried contacting BDG Game customer support about this issue, but I have not received any response. This situation is causing inconvenience, and I want it resolved as soon as possible.
Please credit the missing 5,000 from my UPI payment to my BDG Game account balance and notify me once it's completed.
