I deposited an amount of 25,000 into my BDG Win game account on 11 February 2025 at around 14:55 hours via UPI using the MobiKwik platform. Despite the payment being deducted from my account, the amount has still not been credited to my BDG Win game account. I have not yet been able to contact either BDG Win or MobiKwik customer support about this issue. I request that the 25,000 be immediately credited to my BDG Win game account without any further delay, or that clear information be provided on the status of this transaction.
