BDG Deposit Not Credited After ₹5000 Bank Transfer

I made a bank transfer of ₹5,000 from my State Bank of India account to BDG on March 27 for gaming purposes, but the amount has still not been credited to my gaming account.

When I contacted customer support, I was told that the payment had failed, even though the money was already deducted from my bank account.

I request that the ₹5,000 I transferred on March 27 be promptly credited to my gaming account, or that the transaction be thoroughly investigated and resolved as soon as possible so that I can access and use the funds I paid.
