My Account Unavailable Due to KYC Rejection of New ID
I am writing about a problem with my bcgame.com account, which has been showing as “temporarily unavailable” because of a KYC verification issue. I am using the platform from the Philippines, and this problem started last year and has still not been resolved. The issue is related to the ID upload step for KYC. The ID I submitted was rejected because it is not the same as the old ID I had previously used. My current, valid ID is different from the old one, and as a result my account remains unavailable and I cannot complete the verification process. I have not been able to use my account normally due to this situation. Because of this problem, I have already lost around 10,000 pesos on the platform. My account is registered with the email address: pathjam***[email protected]. I kindly request that bcgame.com manually review my case, accept and verify my current ID, restore full access to my account, and complete the KYC verification so that I can use my account again without restrictions.
