BC.Game Account Temporarily Unavailable - Cannot Access My Money

I am writing to report a problem with my BC.Game account, which has been inaccessible since Thursday. Whenever I try to log in, I receive the message that my account is “temporarily unavailable,” and I have not been able to access my account at all. I am using BC.Game from Nigeria, and this is my first time trying to access and use the balance on this account. There is approximately 1,000 in my BC.Game account that I currently cannot reach because of this restriction. I did not request any self-exclusion, temporary lock, or limit on my account before this issue started, and I have not received any email or notification from BC.Game explaining the reason for this “temporarily unavailable” status. I kindly request that my account be checked, that I be informed clearly why it is blocked, and that access to my account and my balance be restored as soon as possible, or that my funds be paid to me through an available withdrawal method if the account cannot be reopened.
