BC.Game Keeps Rejecting My KYC ID - My Account Is Now Restricted
I am a user of BC Game and I am having a problem completing the KYC verification for my main account. My ID card is repeatedly being rejected and because of this my account limits are fully reached and I cannot continue using the service as normal. I have not received a clear explanation about why my ID card is not being accepted, and I have not yet been able to resolve this issue through any other means. This situation is preventing me from using my account properly. I kindly request that my KYC be approved or that my ID card be manually reviewed as soon as possible so that my account limits can be restored and I can use my BC Game account without restrictions.
