BC Game KYC Rejected and Account Locked

I am a user of BC Game and my main account access has been temporarily unavailable after my KYC was rejected. My BC Game user ID is 64604***. About 10 days ago, my verification was rejected with the explanation that my photo was unclear, and since then I have not been able to access my account. I contacted BC Game support regarding this issue, but although they stated that they were there to help, the problem has still not been solved and my account remains unavailable. I request that my KYC be re-reviewed and my BC Game account be reopened as soon as possible so that I can access and use my account again.
