I have an account on BC Game with the username “Zxjgebbom***”. On 29-04-2026 I received an email from Kevin/BC Game stating that my “principal withdrawal” had been completed, but only ₹4,00,000 was sent and my account was then locked. This is completely unacceptable because my verified account balance is ₹2,64,51,844, and my total deposits on the platform are far higher than ₹4,00,000. Even based on BC Game’s own use of the term “principal”, the amount they sent does not match the total of my legitimate deposits, nor does it reflect the final balance shown in my account before it was locked. By sending only ₹4,00,000 and then blocking my account, BC Game is effectively withholding over ₹2.6 Crore of my funds. All deposits and play were made from my own verified account, and I have completed KYC. I also have screenshots of all my deposits and of the final balance of ₹2,64,51,844 as proof. Since 29-04-2026 I have not received any proper reply or explanation from BC Game support regarding why only ₹4,00,000 was processed or why the rest of my balance has been blocked. I request that BC Game provide a clear and detailed breakdown of how they calculated ₹4,00,000 as my “principal” and immediately release the remaining balance of ₹2,60,51,844 to me without any further delay or unjustified restrictions. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and my full legitimate funds to be paid out.
