BC Game Blocks Account After Failed KYC and Holds 11,000 Balance
I have been using a BC Game account from India under the username “Mk9610,” and on January 31 my account was blocked after my KYC verification was marked as failed. At the time my account was blocked, there was a balance of 11,000 in it, which I can no longer access. When I contacted BC Game customer support to understand the situation, instead of resolving the issue or assisting me with the KYC process, my account remained blocked and my balance was not returned. I was not given a satisfactory explanation as to why my KYC failed or why my funds are being held.
I request that my balance of 11,000 be fully refunded to me as soon as possible, since I am unable to use my account and my money is being withheld without a clear or fair reason.
