BC.Game Not Crediting Withdrawal to SBI Bank Account

I am writing to report an issue with my withdrawal on BC.Game. On February 22, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹46,800 via bank transfer to my SBI bank account, which is registered in my name.

In the system, the transaction with Tx ID: 1857 8206797637 43681 has been marked as successful since February 23, 2026. However, the funds have still not been credited to my bank account.

I have previously made successful withdrawals from BC.Game to this same SBI account without any problems, so this situation is unusual. When I contacted BC.Game customer support, I was informed that the transaction is under review and still in process. Despite this explanation, the funds have not arrived in my account, even though the status continues to show as successful.

I request that this withdrawal of ₹46,800 to my SBI bank account (Tx ID: 1857 8206797637 43681) be urgently investigated and either completed immediately or, if there is an issue, clearly explained and resolved without further delay.
