On 04-04-2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹13,600 to my bank account in India, but the withdrawal has still not been completed and the funds have not been returned to my balance. During the withdrawal process, I mistakenly entered a wrong account number. As soon as I realized this, I informed BC Game support and explained the situation clearly, but despite repeatedly contacting them every day, they have not provided any concrete solution or clear answer. They only tell me to be patient, and this situation has continued for days without any progress. In this situation, I request that the incorrect withdrawal be cancelled and the ₹13,600 be promptly returned to my BC Game balance so that I can withdraw it to the correct account. I expect BC Game to urgently review this case, confirm the status of the funds, and resolve this issue without any further delay.
