My BC Game user ID is 32492332. I am playing from India, and I requested a withdrawal of 19,044 INR to my Indian bank account, but the amount has never been refunded or credited to me. Since this issue began, I have repeatedly contacted BC Game support and explained that my 19,044 INR is stuck due to this audit failure notice. However, even though a long time has passed, my problem has not been resolved, and I have not received any clear solution or refund from the support team. I request that BC Game urgently review this audit failure situation, complete whatever internal checks are necessary, and either process my withdrawal or refund the full amount of 19,044 INR back to my account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of why this problem has continued for such a long time and why support has not been able to resolve it.
