My BC.Game Account is Temporarily Unavailable

I am writing about a serious issue with my BC.Game account, which has been showing the message “Your account is temporarily unavailable” since 28 November. I am unable to access my account at all and therefore cannot use the services or reach my funds. There is approximately 94,000 INR in my BC.Game account, and I am extremely worried because I cannot log in to check my balance or make any withdrawals. I contacted BC.Game support regarding this problem, but they have not replied to me, and I have received no explanation or guidance. I request that my BC.Game account be urgently reviewed and fully restored so that I can regain access. If, for any reason, the account cannot be reactivated, I expect a clear explanation and the opportunity to withdraw the full amount of my balance of 94,000 INR as soon as possible. I kindly ask you to resolve this issue without further delay and to inform me in writing about the outcome.
