I made a withdrawal of 2,322 rupees from my BC Game account on 29/12/2025 at around 6:00 PM via bank transfer to my State Bank of India account. In the BC Game system, this withdrawal is shown as “successful,” however the money has never been credited to my bank account.
Before this, I had made two other withdrawals from BC Game to the same State Bank of India account, and both were credited without any problem. Only this particular withdrawal has not arrived, even though the status indicates it was completed.
I contacted BC Game support about this issue and clearly explained that I did not receive the money in my bank account. They replied that the payment was successfully transferred to my account, but this is not true. I even provided my bank statement as evidence that no such amount was credited, yet they insist that the payment was completed and have not resolved the issue.
I request that this missing withdrawal of 2,322 rupees either be immediately credited to my State Bank of India account or, if there is any issue with the transfer, returned to my BC Game balance. I also expect BC Game to properly investigate this transaction and share clear proof of the transfer, instead of simply claiming it was successful while I have not received the money.
