BC Game Withdrawal Not Reflecting in My Account

I have withdrawn 25,000 Rs from BC.Game and the status shows as successful, but the amount has not reflected in my account. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. I raised a ticket, but it’s still in pending status. I don’t understand how BC.Game hasn’t been able to fix this in 3 days. This delay is causing unnecessary stress, and I expect proper action to be taken immediately.
