I am an active player of the game 8 Ball Pool, and my account was previously linked to my Facebook account. After I lost access to my Facebook account, I also lost access to my 8 Ball Pool account.
In addition, a child in my family used the game on my device without fully understanding it and played on my account. As a result, the balance in my account was completely lost. I had approximately 2.5 billion coins in my account, which have now disappeared, and I can no longer benefit from the progress and balance that I built up over time.
This situation has caused me a significant loss within the game, and I am very upset that all of the effort and money I invested in the game has effectively gone to waste.
I kindly request that my old 8 Ball Pool account linked to Facebook be restored if possible, or that the lost balance and in-game value be returned to my account. If restoring the account is not technically possible, I request that my lost in-game coins and purchases be fairly compensated.
