BC.Game UPI Failed Transaction Not Refunded
I made a bank transfer through PhonePe on 5 April with transaction ID T2604050758191155997412, using my UPI ID 9636750271-2@ibl. The amount of ₹999.23 was intended for BC Game, but the transaction failed and the money has still not been returned to my account. Even though the status is shown as failed, the amount has been debited from my side and I have not received any refund or confirmation. This situation is causing me financial inconvenience because my money is stuck without any clear information. I request that this failed transaction be checked urgently and that the amount of ₹999.23 be refunded to my original payment source or that I receive a clear written explanation of where the money is at present.
The money has not been received since April 5.
