BC.Game Deposit Issue

I hold an account with Jammu and Kashmir Bank and on 23/02/2026 I made a UPI payment of ₹4000 through PhonePe to deposit funds into my BC Game account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my BC Game balance. I contacted Jammu and Kashmir Bank regarding this issue and I was informed that, according to their records, the merchant has already received this transaction. However, on the BC Game side the amount is still not reflected in my account, so I am stuck between the bank and the merchant without a resolution. I request that this transaction be urgently checked and that either a full refund of ₹4000 be processed back to my bank account or the same amount be correctly credited to my BC Game account. I am ready to share the UPI transaction reference/UTR number and any other details required to help you trace and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
