BC.Game UPI Deposit Missing

My name is Manu and I am writing regarding an unresolved deposit issue on BC.Game. On 09.04.2027, I deposited Rs. 10,001 to my BC.Game account via UPI using Google Pay. The payment went to the BC.Game merchant account in the name of Yawar S*** L*** and the transaction was successfully completed and debited from my bank account. The UTR number for this transaction is 646572252521. Despite the transaction being successful, there was a difference between the amount deposited and the amount shown as submitted on BC.Game, and instead of resolving this discrepancy, BC.Game closed my support ticket on 11.04.2026 by marking it as failed. After this, I tried to reach BC.Game again through live chat, but my messages have been ignored and I have not received any further assistance or explanation. At this point, my money has been debited from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my BC.Game balance, and I am left without any proper response from support. I request that BC.Game urgently review this transaction, verify it with the UTR 646572252521, and credit the amount of Rs. 10,001 to my BC.Game account as soon as possible.
