BC.Game Failed to Credit My ₹5,000 UPI Payment
I am using Fast Internet service in India, and I recently experienced a serious issue related to a UPI payment. I made a UPI payment of ₹5,000 for my Fast internet service. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but Fast did not receive the payment, and the money has not been refunded.
It has now been about one week since the amount was deducted from my account. During this time, I contacted Fast live customer support, but they did not provide any support or assistance to resolve the issue. I still have no refund and no clear information about where my money went, even though my internet service itself is working properly and I have no connectivity issues.
I request that the ₹5,000 debited via UPI be urgently and fully refunded to my account, and that this payment issue be properly investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
