BC.Game Bank Transfer Failed

I am writing to report an ongoing problem with my deposits to BC.Game and to request that my money be returned to my BC.Game wallet. During the month of March, I made deposits via bank transfer through Paytm from three different bank accounts: Bank of Baroda, RMGB and Indian Bank, with a total amount of 32,000 Indian rupees. These deposits are still showing as “processing” and have not been credited to my BC.Game balance. I have paid the correct amounts from my side, but BC.Game shows that the merchant has not received any payment. To help resolve this, I have already provided my account statement in PDF format, payment screenshots and even live video recordings multiple times, and I have also shared all relevant transaction IDs, including F-1858293853773877133, F-1860351004122024045 and F-1856025021877570389. Despite sending all this evidence, the issue is still not resolved and only my deposits are being lost, while BC.Game does not provide any effective solution. The BC.Game live chat support is also not helping me properly and I am not getting any clear answer. I am requesting that the full 32,000 INR that is stuck in processing be refunded or credited back to my BC.Game wallet as soon as possible so I can access my funds. I kindly ask you to process this issue fast, give me a clear and prompt response, and add the missing amount to my BC.Game account without any further delay.
