BC.Game Account Blocked and $2000 Balance Reset Without Explanation

I had an account with bc.game from Canada, which was suddenly blocked about three months ago, and at the same time my account balance was reset to 0 without any satisfactory explanation. Before the block, I had approximately 2,000 in my balance. I contacted bc.game support regarding the blocked account and the missing funds, but they clearly stated that they would not reopen my account and that my balance would remain at 0. They did not provide a convincing justification, detailed explanation, or any transparent evidence for this decision. After three months of waiting, I no longer have any expectation from bc.game, because in my view no reputable company would treat its customers and their balances this way. My only purpose in writing this complaint is to warn other users that their accounts and funds may be blocked or reset without a clear and fair process.
