BC.Game Account Blocked Without Explanation
I am an Indonesian user of the BC.Game casino platform and my account has been blocked for a long time without any clear explanation. One day I suddenly lost access to my account and since then I have not been able to log in at all, and no end date for the ban has been communicated. BC.Game did not send me any reason or detail regarding what rule I supposedly violated or why my account was blocked. I genuinely do not know the cause of this action and I have not been informed of any investigation, warning, or specific incident related to my account. I have also not been able to reach BC.Game support directly about this problem, which is why I am submitting my complaint through this platform. Through this complaint I kindly request that my BC.Game casino account be unblocked and fully restored. If for any reason BC.Game believes there has been a violation, I ask for a clear and detailed explanation together with any evidence, so that I can understand the situation and respond if needed.
