BC.Game KYC Failed-Manual Review & Reopen Request

User ID: 99686008 I have an account with Bc.game from India, and I have been facing a failed KYC verification and account access problem for the past 20 days. During this time, I have not been able to use my account properly, even though I have already deposited 200 in it. For the KYC process, I submitted my Aadhar ID as my identification document. Despite this, my verification has not been approved, and the issue is still unresolved. I contacted Bc.game customer support about this situation, but I did not receive any response at all. Because of the failed KYC and lack of communication, my funds remain stuck, and my account access is limited. I request that my KYC be reviewed again, approved as soon as possible, and my account access fully restored so that I can use my balance without any further problems.
