I had my main gaming account on BC.Game suddenly blocked about two weeks ago, and I have not been given any explanation or warning. When I try to access my account, I do not receive any specific error message or reason for the block; I simply cannot use my account. Before the block, I was using transfer as my method for deposits and withdrawals, and there were funds left in my account at the time of the restriction. Since it has been a while, I cannot remember the exact balance, but I know I had money remaining that I can no longer access because of the block. I have never completed any identity verification or document submission process on BC.Game before this issue, and I was not informed that my account would be blocked for this reason. I have not yet received any explanation from BC.Game, and I am unable to use my account or reach my remaining balance. I kindly request that my situation be urgently reviewed, that I be allowed to withdraw or recover the remaining balance in my account, and that I be provided with a clear written explanation as to why my account was blocked without any prior notice.
