BC Game Account Permanently Blocked Despite Request For Temporary Closure

I am a user of the BC Game casino platform, and my account registered with the email address ziyaana***@gmail.com was permanently blocked approximately six months ago. After this happened, I contacted the BC Game support team and requested that my account be closed only for a limited period, not permanently. Despite my clear request and my acceptance of responsibility for my actions, my account is still permanently blocked. I believe this decision is disproportionate, and I would like my situation to be reconsidered. I kindly request that my account be reviewed again and reopened, or at the very least that the reason and basis for the permanent block be clearly explained to me.
