Bauhaus Marked My Order as Delivered but the Main Product Never Arrived
On May 26, 2026, I purchased the Bauli Woody Flat Storage Box (230 liters) and the Casette Woody Storage Shed (3.98 m²) through the Bauhaus online store for a total amount of $1,121, paid by credit card.
Although my order was marked as delivered on June 3, 2026, only the smaller storage box was actually delivered to me. The main product, the Casette Woody Storage Shed, was never received. Despite this, the Bauhaus website shows that all items under order number 10471456286 have been successfully delivered.
In addition, the storage box that was delivered has not been installed, and I have not received any information or communication regarding installation services. This has created further confusion and inconvenience.
I request that my missing product, the Casette Woody Storage Shed, be shipped to me as soon as possible. Furthermore, if an additional fee is required, I am willing to pay it so that the installation service for the delivered storage box can be completed. I expect Bauhaus to provide accurate information regarding my order status, resolve the delivery discrepancy, and address the inconvenience and losses I have experienced due to this issue.
