Three days after the Kale brand toilet seat cover I bought online from Istanbul Ataşehir Bauhaus was installed, the hinge of the cover broke and when I took the product for return, they said that it would not be from the store, I had to call customer service first. The customer service asked for an image, which I sent, and the next day they got back to me. They said they would not change the product because it was a hygienic product. It broke due to usage error. What kind of nonsense is this? A cover worth 760₺ and I paid 250₺ taxi fare to go. I did not buy this product to put it in the showcase, how could it happen without using it. I demanded my money. They refuse. I complain about Bauhaus and Kale company.
