I Face Baseus Ultracontrol GO Car Phone Holder Defect After First Use

I purchased the Baseus Ultracontrol GO Universal Car Phone Holder with Vent Mount through Hepsiburada. When I tried to install the product in my car for the first time, the metal pin holding the suction cup lever suddenly came out and fell off. I encountered this issue even though I did not apply any extra force and installed it properly as instructed.

I then put the pin back into place, but this time it continued to come loose repeatedly even though it should have stayed fixed and secure. Since the clamp mechanism does not remain stable, the product has become unusable and does not provide confidence as a phone holder.

I purchased this product with high expectations and genuinely needed this type of accessory, so this situation was very disappointing.

Since I had already opened the package, I was unsure about what steps to take, so I have not created a return or replacement request yet. Due to this issue, I believe the product has a manufacturing or quality-related defect, and I request a one-to-one replacement with the same model.
