Faber-Castell TK-Fine Vario L 0.5 Tip Broke Off
Some time ago, I purchased a Faber-Castell TK-Fine Vario L 0.5 mm mechanical pencil through Trendyol, and it quickly became one of my favorite writing tools. However, about a month ago, the metal tip at the front of the pencil broke off and detached from the body. In addition, the Hard/Soft adjustment mechanism on the pencil has completely stopped working.
I would like to emphasize that I have always handled the pencil carefully. It has never been dropped, exposed to impact, or misused in any way. After experiencing this problem, I noticed that several other customers had reported similar issues with the same model, which led me to believe that this may not be an isolated incident.
I am very disappointed that a product I genuinely enjoyed using developed these defects under normal use. I respectfully request that Faber-Castell either replace my defective TK-Fine Vario L 0.5 mm mechanical pencil with a new one or provide the necessary replacement parts so it can be repaired. I also ask that the product be inspected and that I receive a prompt response with an appropriate solution.
