I Face Baseus Easy Control Clamp Set Adhesive Failure After Normal Use

I purchased a Baseus Easy Control Clamp Set car phone holder through Amazon in August 2023. I use the product in my 2023 Citroen C3, attached to a completely flat area on the dashboard. I was generally very satisfied with the product, but after some time, I started experiencing a serious problem with the adhesive part.

Approximately 5 minutes after attaching the holder to the dashboard, it comes loose and no longer stays securely in place. Although the product is used in an area that does not receive direct sunlight, the adhesive has completely lost its holding ability.

I was also unable to find a replacement adhesive pad separately, so I can no longer use the product as I did before. Even though the same product is currently being sold at a higher price, I do not want to purchase the entire product again just because only the adhesive part has failed.

I request that Baseus consider customer satisfaction by providing a replacement adhesive part for this model or offering a reasonable solution to resolve this issue. A simple replacement component would allow me to continue using a product that is otherwise still functional.
