Zara Home Car Air Freshener Has Almost No Scent
About six or seven months ago, I purchased a car air freshener from the Zara Home store at Sur Yapı Mall in Bursa, and I have been very disappointed with both its performance and overall quality. From the moment I installed it in my car, the fragrance was so weak that it was barely noticeable. At the time, I intended to submit a complaint but never had the opportunity to do so.
Later, while the air freshener was still hanging in my vehicle, the plastic top piece detached and fell off on its own without being touched. Since then, I have stopped using the product and removed it from my car completely. Considering that this is a premium-priced product from a well-known global brand with a reputation for quality, I was surprised and disappointed that it was both ineffective and poorly made.
Because of these issues, I am requesting a replacement for the defective car air freshener.
